‘The best hosting company of 2012 would have to be Hostgator.com’

I know that there are many other hosting services out there but Hostgator would be your best bet. I’m going to go over two other big hosting companies and tell you why they aren’t as good as Hostgator. First I’m going to tell you why Hostgator is the best.

Hostgator – has the best customer support 24/7. All the staff is friendly and helps you with what you need. The best part is they don’t keep you on hold and normally your problem will get solved in 5 minutes rather than half an hour. The other plus that makes this my choice of the best hosting company of 2012 is the price. Starting at $4.00 per month this is AMAZING!

BrainHost – Too many upsells and they are really geared to the new website owner. They try to sell you on everything. They will even try to upsell you on a mug and a dog collar (I’m just kidding but n a few months this will probably start happening). They will tell you that you need everything and it will total to over $100 or higher. The funny thing is they act as if you don’t buy it you aren’t important. The support is pretty slow and when you email them they take forever to answer. Even with GoDaddy they are faster and much bigger. BrainHost is one that I would suggest to stay away from at all costs.

GoDaddy – let me put it this way… GoDaddy is a place to buy domains not a place to buy hosting. Their hosting is very complex and hard to follow. You are better off paying more money with really bad customer support at BrainHost before you buy hosting at GoDaddy. The support at GoDaddy actually is very good. They are very fast and very helpful. If you are an experienced website owner and know a lot about the back end of a website you can figure everything out but from a newbie friendly standpoint Hostgator is given the ribbon for the best hosting company of 2012.

In the end my pick for the best hosting company of 2012 would have to be Hostgator and for the reasons stated above. I’m not telling you to use Hostgator obviously pick at your liking but choose wisely because you will regret it down the road if you pick a poor web hosting company.
