The support is pretty slow and when you email them they take forever to answer. Even with GoDaddy they are faster and much bigger. BrainHost is one that I would suggest to stay away from at all costs.

GoDaddy – let me put it this way… GoDaddy is a place to buy domains not a place to buy hosting. Their hosting is very complex and hard to follow. You are better off paying more money with really bad customer support at BrainHost before you buy hosting at GoDaddy. The support at GoDaddy actually is very good. They are very fast and very helpful. If you are an experienced website owner and know a lot about the back end of a website you can figure everything out but from a newbie friendly standpoint Hostgator is given the ribbon for the best hosting company of 2012.
