I have to agree with you about the control panel and overall ease of use. It's not as complicated as byethost's system and I was impressed with being able to use the live chat support instead of having to wait for hours or days for help. Right when you think everything is going great with setting things up and running smoothly it's like hitting a brick wall. The support takes forever, the control panels are difficult, and I also was worried about security and how long the free host would even be around. It's nice that you are providing this list for everyone but IMO It's so worth it to suck it up and shell out the money for real paid hosting.
